We'd only want duplex to be the default for newly registered accounts
(i.e. no change to the behavior of existing accounts/users that source
the global dotfiles). It was my impression that /usr/athena/lib/init/
cshrc got sourced by every existing account that wasn't explicitly
configured not to. Am I misremembering that?
