Just picking this up again. I have had a chance to check in with a few
faculty and administrators in printing-heavy departments, and there
does not seem to be any concern about the default changing to duplex
printing.
What's the right next step to make this a default for new accounts
that are registered? I'm not actually sure who "owns" the default
prototype_user dotfiles. Is this part of the Release Team domain? Is
it moira admin?
