   warning do we need to give these people?

More or less.  ops will likely reduce the number of replication sites
for the RS6000 srvd after they've been removed from public clusters.
I suspect that when most of the private machines are gone too, it will
be reduced to 1 site.  This means that it is more likely that an
outage will make unavailable all copies of the system packs.  Also at
some point locker maintainers are likel to start removing rs6000
binaries in order to save space.
