People assked at the meeting today, what level the AFS messages were
biing logged at:

SYSLOG, tla, uucp.info, root@TLA
May 23 14:38:20 [THE-OTHER-WOMAN.MIT.EDU] unix: afs: setting clock ahead 2 seconds (via 18.159.0.20 in cell athena.mit.edu).

It looks like uucp.info, but it's possible that there is some
wierdness, since the syslog went thru my DECstation before I saw it.

from syslog.conf:
*.alert;auth.notice /dev/console

since alert is a higher level than info, syslog shouldn't be printing
ti to the console, so afs may be doing this itself.
