Bill,
Your note looks good, but why not tell the machine owners how to
reinstall themselves? I ask for two reasons - save customer visits;
and, selfishly, one machine on the list is mine, I would like to
reinstall and get the list down to 77.
Instructions are not immediately obvious on web search of MIT or IS.
One initiates it with a single command, no? What would be the
downside of asking the machine contact to do it?
