We could consider it.  In this case, they don't appear to have Red Hat
7.1 RPMs and their links for 7.0 RPMs are broken, so we can't consider
it very much.  (It's also quite possible that Red Hat 7.1 has the
acceleration support, since it switched kernels to 2.4; I don't really
know whether their concept of an OpenGL "driver" is in kernel space or
user space, and how much that sort of thing changed in Red Hat 7.1.)
