If IRIX 6.5.4 is the officially supported platform from Transarc,
and if 6.5.4 is the version that officially supports our 300MHz systems,
perhaps we should consider an IRIX 6.5.4 based Athena 8.4.

Bob:  What would we lose if we did 8.4 based on IRIX 6.5.4?
