Well, I'm not sure if there is anything further I can do at the moment
other than test again when the patches are out.

I won't be real happy if we can't get allegretto working right, because
it's the only Ultra 10 running Open GL I have direct access to.

There must be something different on allegretto (and mushu, and whatever
other machines also don't work right), but I don't know of a way to
zero in on what it is. If it was only one machine I'd suspect that we
might have hosed it. But the problem shows up on at least two...
