Suggested caveats for 8.2 release notes

Two things I have noticed with 8.2 which I think we should alert users
to because they are subtle User Interface changes:
1. The Sun is now doing power saving on the display, so as with the
SGI, you will notice it takes longer to wake the screen up if you've
been away for a while. (It is now shutting off the monitor.)
2. Because host names are fully qualified domain names, some of your
dot files that might be doing special things on specific hosts, need to
change:
if ($host == "oglala")
must change to:
if ($host == "oglala.mit.edu")
