Hello Dave, Peter, et al,
My apologies! I actually did compose a simple reply stating that I agreed
with what Lynne had said. Unfortunately I suspended it, and I only now
realized that I never sent it. Here is my feedback in light of Dave's email.
Item 1:

The current proposal does indeed give us 180 days to decide to upgrade our
configuration to handle 600+ printers. I am comfortable with ordering a
configuration which handles our immediate needs, unless this seems undesireable
from ASST's maintenance perspective.
Item 2,3, and 4:
----------------
I concur with what Dave said.
Finally, we do not need the 21" monitor.
