We will meet at the agreed upon time of 9:45-11:45 not the 9:30 time
mentioned in ME's last minutes. This will be an important meeting
since it appears there is no way we will make the 8/1 target date
that was presented to ASPCC and others just two weeks ago. I'd
also like to clarify any pending assignments and discuss leadership
issues during my vacation absence.
Ceci, if you can't make the meeting due to closing efforts, please
schedule time on my calendar before the week's end. I'd like to
make sure we're on the same page with the BM work before I head off
for two weeks of vacation.
Rocklyn & Lynne, I'm curious to know why we appeared to drop the
ball with responding to Pete's remaining questions? This was
critical to meeting the 8/1 target. Lynne, you did respond quickly
to Pete's note. However, I think the problem may have stemmed from
your use of the word 'I'. It may have appeared to Pete that you
were speaking on your own behalf instead of the team's. Rocklyn,
Lynne did defer the answer on the monitor size to you.
