Hello Dave and Everyone,

It's my fault!  As I explained, I composed a reply to Peter's email, basically
agreeing with Lynne's response.  I suspended it, probably to deal with the
monitor issue, and never actually sent it.  While I was pursuing the monitor
issue, I started down the path of figuring out the appropriate desktop solution
for the operators, but forgot to give Peter the simple "we don't need the 21"
monitor response he needed.  I'm sorry!
