OK, thanks. Does firefox crash only when you try to access one (or
more) particular web site(s), and, if so, which one(s)? In that case,
this could be due to a bug in firefox. It is also possible that your
firefox profile contains something that triggers the crash; you might
try to create a new profile, by running "firefox -ProfileManager" from
the command line, clicking the "Create Profile" button, and following
the steps in the profile wizard. If you have access to a working web
browser, you can visit:

   http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Managing+profiles

for more information on profiles. Please let us know if this fixes
the problem.

Thank you.

Bob
