I have volunteering orientation for SpringFest from 6-7:30 on Thursday so I=
 will unfortunately have to leave early. I will send you any additional com=
ments that I will not be able to address based on the agenda beforehand.

Our Exec Meeting will be on Thursday, April 23, 2015 at 5:00PM. The agenda =
can be found at the end of this email. Please come prepared with a report c=
oncerning what you have done over the month of April, what you are currentl=
y working on, and what you will be doing for the rest of the academic year.=
 Please be as comprehensive as you can be! I am very excited to see everyon=
e there. If you are unable to make it, please let me know by tomorrow, Wedn=
esday, April 24, 2015 at 5:00PM.


Second, a new initiative we will be doing is a weekly report to the UA Coun=
cil every Friday. To make this as easy as possible, I have set up a google =
form for you to fill out. We will take the information you provide and put =
it into this report. Every officer and committee chair, including me, is re=
sponsible for filling this out. The form may be found here. Please fill it =
out by Thursday, April 23, 2015 at 11:59PM.


Finally, please start preparing your transition materials. One of the most =
important, yet underlooked, parts of student leadership is effectively tran=
sitioning to your successor. We will be brainstorming what should be on eve=
ryone's transition documents at the Exec Meeting.

5:10PM : Values and Plan for the rest of the academic year

5:20PM : Reports from Committees and Officers, and Discussion

6:00PM : Structure for the Upcoming Year

7:00PM : Adjournment (Firm)
