I really liked your comments (I presume to Mr. Hart) about new users
and the Internet.
If any expression makes me red in the face, it's
"this is self-explanatory" (although I also despise "just play around
with it!" which is usually a euphemism for "we don't have any documentation.")
The reason the newbies don't complain is that most of us haven't figured out
HOW to gripe--and most people are so turned off by the formidable hurdles of
learning the basics that they become disinterested
