Can anyone direct me to information regarding copyright issues in
connection with either circulating software in a public library or with
making software available to the public on the hard disk of a computer
(for in-house use only).
I work for a branch of Houston Public Library, and there is some
discussion in the system regarding the legality of the above services.
Any information on this matter would be appreciated.
