Walt Crawfords' comments remind me of much the same situation about 8 years
ago when Geac Computers sold 50% more library systems than the year before
BUT had ONLY increased support staff about 25%.  Even thought they had
"allowed" for increased support, they ended up still "behind the 8 ball"
as far as the library customers were concerned!  Sort of "the best laid
plans...."
