TENNESSEE STATE LIBRARY AND ARCHIVES
POSITION: Public Services Librarian
AVAILABLE: August 15, 1992
DESCRIPTION: The Tennessee State Library and Archives seeks a Level II
Public Services Librarian. The Librarian II helps develop
and implement computer-based reference and information
services. Other responsibilities include collection
development and providing instruction in reference
techniques to other employees.
QUALIFICA- ALA-accredited MLS and two years of experience. Candidates
TIONS: must have previous experience in and/or knowledge of
computer-based reference and information services.
SALARY AND Full-time position with a salary range of $18,084 -
BENEFITS: $26,796. Standard state benefits of annual and sick leave,
insurance coverage and retirement plan; other optional
benefits available.
