Though new to this disussion, I myself have been researching trends in the
extension of public access to information through library-supported
electronic resources. I see community info and periodocal indexes
offered online through OPACS But--with the exception of CARL'S UNCOVER (which
is
commercial)--I haven't yet seen many OPACS offering fulltext
online. I'd certainly like to find out more about fulltext online
systems being offered through OPACS or any other Internet-accessible
source, and where such development is being discussed.
