This is being posted to a couple of lists; apologies for the
cross-posting! I would also like to apologize if this issue has
been beaten to death in the past.
We recently purchased Newsbank's Baltimore Sun CD News product
and have discovered that people are printing the full text quite
frequently, thereby using a LOT of paper. Downloading is not an
option with the Newsbank software (!) and we cannot afford to
supply the amount of paper it looks like we'd need.
My question is this: has anyone experimented with putting a
copycard mechanism onto a CD-ROM (or any other) printer? Any
advice would be appreciated...
Please respond via personal email, esp. you PACS-L types, as I am
no longer on PACS-L. I will post a review of responses, of
course...
Thanks in advance!
