I'd like to find out what is going on in relation to transfer of
Fax information in and out of computer (PC or other) files in terms of
fax page images (not just text to fax or fax to screen text).
Does anybody know if there are any projects in this area in the
library world, eg in relation to delivery of documents to or from
libraries, or, better still, to and from hard disc or cd_rom files?
I don't particularly wish to be able to view the fax files on the PC,
just to be able to store files that can then be put back out to a fax
machine as required, eg., selected from bibilographic database.
