I agree that EMAIL is a highly useful proponent for info, study and planning
for rural libraries; however, as I hail from the northwest reaches of
Michigan, I hope that rural library boards will make every effort to
hire professional library directors--and to join in encouraging the
availability of MLS programs to those who would enroll in rural areas.
