I'd like to know more as well.
I can tell readers of this list that packet radio is a technology
that has been used by amateur radio operators for a number of years
now very successfully. As used by them, it provides a mechanism for
electronic information exchange using radio as the carrier instead of
the more typical telephone wires. Most commly it is used for bulletin
boards.
The obvious next step will be to extend the technology to other
purposes, like commercial data exchange and libraries.
But let's hear more about the specific project.
