It contains major chapters on much of what is in the typical resource guides, but the writing is very clear, examples are profusely used, and the Postscript version is nicely formatted. It is available in either ASCII or Postscript versions by ftp from ftphost.nwnet.net, in the nic/nwnet/user-guide directory. Note that the Postscript version is quite long--almost 300 pp.--and the files are consequently sizeable as well. I think it makes a nice complement to the "Zen and the Art of the Internet" document. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Christopher Nolan PHONE: (512) 736-7429 Head of Reference Maddux Library BITNET: cnolan@trinity Trinity University INTERNET: cnolan@trinity.edu 715 Stadium Drive San Antonio, Texas 78212 -----------------------------------------------------------------------
