Reference/Instruction Librarian.  Berea College seeks a librarian
with strong interest in reference and bibliographic instruction.  Berea is
a 4-year liberal arts college with dynamic commitment to
reference/instruction as part of the library program.  Responsibilities
include (1) staffing reference desk including week-end and evening hours
(2) teaching in the bibliographic instruction program for general education and
 designated academic departments; (3) liaison work for
collection development with same academic departments; and (4) shared
 responsibilities with other library faculty for library programs.
Appointment at Instructor or Assistant Professor Level.  Salary
commensurate with qualifications, experience and rank.  Appointment
about August 1, 1992.  The position is for at least twelve months.  Letter
