available, and how to order them. What is this resource?
(Rick: Most folks found the USGS Earth Science Data Service, but
the Global Land Information System is a lot slicker. Full credit

7. (4) I have a friend that lives in Argentina. I was telling her
about Gopher. She's interested in setting up a gopher server at her
university. Are there any gophers in that part of the world that she
can telnet to and see what it looks like?
(Rick: What I was after here was a local gopher that provided
telnet access. The 'friend' could telnet back to the US to get a
gopher, and then back to South America, but response time is
much better with a more local telnet. Full credit to those that
got South American telnettable (?) gophers.)

The often overlooked best source: someone who knows. Ask someone!

its drinking beer but that you might think it was basketball. To find
