We're using PC Reservation by EnvisionWare. There was a fair amount of
change in the code to accommodate the functions we needed, resulting in
several bugs, of course. But these have largely settled down, and now the
product is working well.
Public likes it a lot--minimizes disputes, confrontations, and
dissatisfaction due to some noncooperative users who, under the honor
system, refused to let go of a machine when their time was up. It also
removes staff from dispute mediation to a large extent, translating into
better morale and higher productivity.
