Here at the University of Vermont we are in the process of bringing
up a library file server which will act as a gateway to both our opac
and resources on the Internet. We have discovered that some of the
hosts people will be connecting to do not time-out inactive
sessions. We would like to know if anyone has successfully modified
the NCSA telnet and tn3270 communications software so that they will
time-out inactive sessions from the terminal end.
