Next week I am going to post my latest report on the "Ready for Reference"
digital reference project.
This report has lots of usage statistics, and that started me thinking about
usage stats for other live digital reference projects.
Please send me any stats you might have for your live interactive reference
service (chat, customer call center software, etc.), and I will summarize
for the list.
I am especially interested in comparisons with usage stats from
face-to-face, telephone, and e-mail reference. If you don't have that info,
that's fine, I'll be happy to get just the "live" reference stats.
Thanks!
