I found him playing around with a Compact Disc-Interactive (CD-I) workstation. While he was playing a demo golf game, the brochure noted that the system had other applications, including educational. I have to confess to not knowing a whole lot about the technology, but it did make me wonder what kind of applications CD-I might have for information technology and libraries.
