Good morning all,

Our library is seeking a device that will give us an accurate count
of our database usage and URL hits, both on campus, in-library
and off campus.

We are currently researching a product from WebTrends, called
the WebTrends Professional Suite. Does anyone have any experience
with this? We would appreciate information regarding accuracy,
customer service, support, etc.

If you have been using any other similar product that you are satisfied
with, we would appreciate knowing about this item also.
