I LOVE YOU NOT: THE "LOVE YOU" BUG HITS THE NETWORK
Do NOT open any e-mail message titled "ILOVEYOU," because it probably
includes a virus that will crash your computer. The virus has been spreading
rapidly throughout the world, starting in Asia and moving through Europe and
now showing signs of appearing in the U.S. The leader of Britain's House of
Commons told the members: "I have to tell you that, sadly, this affectionate
greeting contains a virus which has immobilized the House's internal
communication system. This means that no member can receive e-mails from
outside, nor indeed can we communicate with each other by e-mail." (AP/New
