Greetings:
As part of our planning for additional public and staff internet access,
we are trying to gain some understanding of how the staff complement in a
branch is affected by adding equipment. We have added (and continue to add)
technology in our branches but we have never analysed the impact on staffing.

Has anyone developed any benchmarks that they have found useful?

Thanks
