Hi! I agree with the previous messages that have come across the list. I
think there are many issues that are useful for discussion. In addition
to the theoretical issues mentioned, there are also practical issues,
including design of library catalogs so that real users can find
information in them (yes, I know most are web catalogs, and there is
Web4lib, but PACS-L focuses on access), user testing of electronic
resourcews, public awareness about resources available electronically,
etc.
It would be very useful to have a list of topics that might be of interest
to members and then to start talking about them!
