It's not too late to register for the OCLC Institute events at the ALA
Annual Conference!  The registration deadline is Friday, June 11, 1999 for
the following 3 events:

Friday, June 25, 8:30 - 4:30 p.m.
"USING METADATA FOR KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT"

This one-day session provides an introduction to metadata and its
applications for knowledge management with an emphasis on Dublin Core.  This
is hosted by the Historic New Orleans Collection in the French Quarter.

Cost:  $125.00 - Registration required.

BONUS:  The $125 registration fee will be applied to any of the 2.5 day
"Using Metadata for Knowledge Management" seminars offered by the OCLC
Institute between September, 1999 and June, 2000.

OCLC INSTITUTE ALUMNI RECEPTION
