Someone just asked me about this, and it occured to me that maybe other FOI
and PACS listfolks might be interested in the California state-level FOI
list, that longtime SF Bay Area journalist Paul Grabowicz operates via
UC-Bezerkle's J-school. It originated from discussions in the FOI
Committee of the Nor Cal chapter of the SPJ. Theoretically, the list is
for working journalists -- however I suspect that a majority of the
subscribers may be otherwise (as am I).
