Hi
Try contacting Pharos -- they have a superb product called UnipriNT
Phone: (281) 333-2082
I'll admit to a small bias as we represent the product in the UK!

Hi Jay,
You have a vendor based locally in Houston that can help you. The product
called UnipriNT does plenty and maybe more than you require but its also
reasurring to know that you can extend the product to other printers or even
new digital copier/printers in other areas of the College ie the Library,
Learning Resource Center, Departments, etc. One of its major strengths is
the security designed into the system to prevent 'technology smart' students
obtaining free printing - you can guarantee once you charge thay will have a
go at cracking any system you install.
After monitoring your printers you could implement Pharos's other software
modules to monitor and charge for other network resources like PC's,
Applications, Internet and email. Some of my Company's Education customers
in New Zealand are using UnipriNT or evaluating the new modules.
The vendor is Pharos USA, telephone number is 888 864 7768 and URL
www.pharos.com.
Good luck.
Ray.
