James,
PHAROS Systems just announced a product called PHAROS FOR LIBRARIES at ALA
Washington DC, recently. It covers print metering as well as a number of
other network services that you may wish to monitor and recover costs from
users such as PC and application use, Internet/email Traffic, CD ROM usage
etc. It even comes with a PC and accessories booking feature.
For more details I suggest that you contact the following person in Houston,
TX - Ian Mitchell Toll free: (888) 864 7768, Fax: (281) 333 3049
Email: sales@pharos.com.
Best of luck
