One of my colleagues here wrote a program to handle this.=A0 You can get it

Just connect to this Web page, click on "TN3270 URL Helper", download the
software, and follow the installation instructions.=A0 I have used it
successfully with Netscape Communicator 4.04 and McGill TN3270.
