This is a final call for registrations for WILSWorld '97.
I have provided a brief description of this conference below.
WILSWorld '97--May 29th and 30th (Madison, WI)
Information on WILSWorld '97, including a complete program
listing, is available online. This is a conference held annually
here in Madison with an Internet theme. This year, we are
concentrating on applications, including Distance Learning,
ILL and Electronic Reserves. There will also be HTML and
Java sessions. Our principal keynote is Karen Schneider,
Internet Librarian columnist for American Libraries. Added
keynotes are Arlene Krebs who will discuss grant funding
for distance learning and Ken Crews who will discuss
copyright issues. There are many additional exciting and
interesting sessions.
Web-based information is available at the WILS Web Site
(http://www.wils.wisc.edu). Look for the heading
"Meetings, Conferences and Workshops." Selecting "WILSWorld
'97" will provide you with a complete session schedule,
links to other Madison-area sites, and a map to guide you to
the conference.
