----------------------------Original message----------------------------
The Teaching Methods Committee of the ACRL Instruction Section will hold
a brainstorming session at ALA Midwinter on the topic of team teaching
partnerships with academic faculty. The session will be held on Sunday
Feb. 16th from 11:30 - 12:30 at the Marriott Metro Center
Salon B.

Issues to be considered include (but are not limited to) the following:

 1) What kinds of team teaching partnerships have been developed?
(examples like guest lectures, full semester courses, etc.)
  2) What would you do differently?
  3) With increased networked access to information resources, distance
learning, faculty putting their courses on the web, etc., what
kinds of team teaching situations can we envision in the future?

Please join us for this discussion to share your own experiences and to
learn from others.

Gretchen McCord Hoffmann I want to be thoroughly used up
Coordinator of Library Instruction when I die...Life is no "brief

All opinions and ideas expressed to make it burn as brightly as
above are products of my own possible before handing it on to
    bizarre thought processes. future generations.
