Subject: Web software for online catalogs
Please respond directly to Sandy Swanson, sswanson@bw.brhn.org
EOSi is offering a product called WorldPAC that "translates" MARC records
exported from "any" catalog to html, allows browsing alphabetical lists of
authors, titles, subject headings and also provides links to "other books in
this catalog by same author" etc. Are there other products that can
"translate"exported Marc records to provide catalog access via the web?
Ideally I'd like more free text search capabilities, but still inexpensive
& easy to administer. (Pipe dreams?)
Thanks

One PC in our installation will be upgraded from Windows 3.11 to Windows 95.
Currently there is a large Access database on the PC. Will there be any
problem with the Access program in Office 95 reading and using this
database? Thanks in advance.
