PLACEMENT SERVICE OFFERED AT LITA/LAMA NATIONAL
CONFERENCE
A Placement Service will be available at the Library and Information
Technology Association (LITA)/Library Administration and Management
Association (LAMA) National Conference, October 13-16, 1996 in
Pittsburgh, PA.
Coordinated by the American Library Association (ALA) Office for
Library Personnel Resources (OLPR), the placement center hours will
be:
Sunday, October 13 -- 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Monday, October 14 -- 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday, October 15 -- 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
The Placement Center will be at the David L. Lawrence Convention
Center, in Meeting Room N12 on Level 3.

Please indicate if registration is for job seekers, or for employers with job
vacancy listings.
Preregistration is encouraged by October 7, although onsite registration
will be available. Interview space will also be available.
The Placement Center will be open to all ALA members, whether they are
attending the LITA/LAMA National Conference or not.
