Willis Ware suggested that I contact you concerning Digital Signatures. (I
also bcc'ed several people) Georgia is making plans to pass a Digital
Signature law based on Utah's law. Several study meetings have already
occurred, and the bill is almost finalized. I have promised both the Senate
study committee and the Secretary of State's office that I will produce a
document with commentary on the proposed legislation.

Electronic Frontiers Georgia's web site currently has some resources I have
found.

I would appreciate it if you could direct me to other resources and comments
as well as any interested parties you may know.

Thank you,
