LC's enclosure material for their non-books bibliographic
tape, 8th issue, is incorrect. It appears that they
redistributed the previous issue's (number 7's) enclosure
under the new title of issue 8. Consequently, there is no
way to verify that the number of records found on the issue
8 tape is correct. Has anyone else read this tape, and if
so, do your record counts agree with the following:
VISUAL RECORDS: 127 LOGICAL
MAP RECORDS: 1,152 LOGICAL
SERIAL RECORDS: 12,547 LOGICAL
MUSIC RECORDS: 2,551 LOGICAL
