They keyboard feels odd, at keyclick appears to be on. (It squeaks lightly
at me with every keypress.) I haven't noticed that on any other keyboard
that I've used (vax, rt). But I can either get used to it or work around it,
as necessary.
The smaller screen size is annoying, but I still have my two windows next
to each other, 80 columns each, so all I would need to do would be to
have my Xresources be machine dependent.
The default colors aren't great, but they are livable. And having colors in
the first place is very nice.
I ha no trouble with my dotfiles, nor with the response rate to my commands.
In sum, I think this is an acceptable workstation for the public clusters.
I didn't try anything that consumes a lot of cpu, though.
