Andrea Hauser, our Digital sales rep, informs that:
1. the DS5000 Model 25 we have for evaluation has been around the
country a few times, trade-shows, demos, etc. and this may be why it is
out of focus
2. she will arrange to have Digital field service come and focus the
monitor
