Yes, I was called by them last week sometime. Unfortunately, when they did me, we rarely got to  
the open-ended questions. It was essentially a rank survey by a guy who neither understood the  
technology nor was familiar with the products I was being quizzed about. Things like "What did you  
think of X-Whizzy product?" "I'm not sure. Which was that? Was it the one that did Y? Or the one  
that did Z?" "I have no idea... Well, what did you think of... " were common during our conversation.

Maybe the survey was since revamped? Or the questioners given a technology briefing on  
Newton? I hope so. I agree that it was a "more pleasant than normal" phone survey, but I was  
disappointed that when we ran into road blocks in the questioning that I had little common ground  
with the questioner to work from.
