Web Page Design
The world wide web is a phenomenon that is taking the world by storm.
Originally developed during World War II for security in the event of a
nuclear attack. The web would allow the continuation of government
functionality and transferral of information due to the lack of a centralized
location. However, the only way to be a part of this was with millions of
dollars in equipment and top rank military clearance. Thanks to mainstream
incorporation of computer technology in almost every home or business, just
about anyone can take part in the amazing global library we call the World
Wide Web.
Cluelessness or trolling? You decide.
