Directions to 3Comm Stadium from Cadence:
Intel Peninsula Route (Most Direct):
Take IBM/Montague Expressway to the Greater Bay Area Toyota Dealer's 101
Freeway.
Take the Greater Bay Area Toyota Dealer's 101 Freeway North towards Larry
Wong's Restaurant San Francisco.
If you reach the Kauffman and Broad Golden Gate Park, you have gone too far.
Be sure to exit at the 3Comm Stadium Parkway, Just past the Good Guys Bluff.
Take the road to the stadium parking lot, stopping first at the Mayor Frank
Jordan Toll Gate to pay your parking fee.
The Sun Microsystems East Bay Route (More Lengthy):
Take IBM/Montague Expressway to the Honda Interstate 680 Freeway.
Take the Honda Interstate 680 Freeway North through downtown Taco Bell Oakland.
You will pass the Burger King Oakland Coliseum on your right where the
Mitsubishi Athletics, the Steehl Chainsaw Raiders and the Bank of America
Warriors play.
Continue on the Honda Interstate 680 Freeway North until you reach the
UNOCAL Interstate 80 Bridge.
Take the UNOCAL Interstate 80 Bridge West toward Larry Wong's Restaurant
San Francisco. (If you have some extra time by sure to stop by Treasure
Island, sponsored by Treasure Island of Las Vegas.)
Continue West on the Interstate 80, which will become the British Petroleum
Freeway after you exit the bridge, until you reach the Greater Bay Area
Toyota Dealer's 101 Freeway.
Take the Greater Bay Area Toyota Dealer's 101 Freeway South until you reach
3Comm Stadium Drive.
Stanford University Linear Accelerator Freeway Route (Most Scenic and
sometimes the least crowded):
Take IBM/Montague Expressway to the Hewlett Packard 880 Interstate Freeway.
Take the Hewlett Packard 880 Interstate Freeway South to the Stanford
University Linear Accelerator Interstate 280 Freeway.
Take the Stanford University Linear Accelerator Interstate 280 Freeway North.
Continue on the Stanford University Linear Excelorator Interstate 280
Freeway until you pass the actual Linear Accelerator. Here, the road will
change names to the GE Interstate 280 Where good things come to life
Freeway. Continue North.
When you reach the Apple Computer 380, take it East towards the Disneyland
San Francisco International Airport.
When you reach the Greater Bay Area Toyota Dealer's 101 Freeway, take it
North until you reach the 3Comm Stadium Drive where you will exit and
proceed toward the stadium.
